The results reveal that after the release of Prince Harry and Meghan's Netflix show, titled 'Prince Harry and Meghan,' and the publication of Harry's memoir, their net approval ratings took a positive turn. On December 5, 2022, Harry's net approval rating was plus 38, while Meghan's was plus 23. Those who favored them outnumbered those who disapproved, deducting the percentage of those who disapproved from those who approved.

However, after the December 8, 2022 release of their Netflix show, their ratings saw a decline. The depiction of Meghan's court in the show, where some view it as disrespectful to local culture, contributed to this drop. Harry's memoir, published a month later, also provided intimate details, including his experience with an avalanche, potentially affecting their image.
By January 2023, their net approval ratings took a hit, with Harry at minus 7 and Meghan at minus 13, indicating a higher disapproval rate compared to approval.
Nevertheless, a year later, on December 8, 2023, as the Sussexes return to public life, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex see an improvement in their net approval ratings, with Harry at plus 29 and Meghan at plus 15.
The poll highlights some intriguing differences among various groups of Americans. Meghan was more popular among millennials, with 53% approving and 16% disapproving, while Harry's book showcased more about his life, including his experience with an avalanche.

The survey suggests that after the media frenzy following their Netflix show and Harry's book, the couple has experienced a relatively quiet period. It implies that they have not been significantly influenced by recent controversies in the United Kingdom, such as the book by Omid Scobie naming Charles III as the future king, where he made comments about their unborn child.
