The footage, obtained by CNN on Friday, appears to support some of the allegations made by Ventura, 37, against Combs, 54, in a lawsuit filed in November 2023, which mentioned physical abuse.

According to the outlet, the altercation occurred on March 5, 2016, at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, California.

In the surveillance video from the Los Angeles hotel hallway, Sean "Diddy" Combs is seen beating his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura with an object, dragging, and throwing her in 2016.

The footage appears to support some of Ventura's allegations against Combs in a November 2023 lawsuit, which mentioned physical abuse.

In the video, Ventura is seen leaving a room at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, California, carrying several bags and quickly walking towards the elevator.

Ventura, who performs under the name Cassie, is seen in the video leaving a hotel room with several bags, quickly walking towards the elevator. She is wearing a black hoodie, jeans, and tennis shoes.

Moments later, Combs is seen wearing nothing but a bath towel and socks, running towards Ventura. Upon reaching her, he grabs her by the back of the neck and throws her to the floor. He then proceeds to kick her.

After picking up Ventura's bags from the floor near the elevator, Combs is seen turning around and kicking her again. He then drags her by her hoodie before taking her towards a room.

Moments later, Combs is seen wearing nothing but a bath towel and socks, running towards Ventura.

Ventura then slowly stands up, gathers her belongings, and walks towards a wall phone near the elevator. She returns and sits on a chair in the hallway, where Combs pushes her.

He is then seen forcibly throwing an object from a table towards Ventura by the chair.

"The gut-wrenching video further corroborates Mr. Combs' disturbing and predatory behavior," Ventura's attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, said in a statement to Page Six.

"Words cannot express the bravery and resolve Ms. Ventura has shown in bringing this to light."

Upon reaching Ventura, Combs grabs her by the back of the neck and throws her to the floor. He then proceeds to kick her.

Ventura, who reached an undisclosed settlement with Combs shortly after filing her lawsuit, described the incident in her allegations.

According to the filing, when the two were inside the hotel room, the "I'll Be Missing You" rapper became "highly intoxicated and punched Ms. Ventura in the face, blackening her eye."

After he fell asleep, she attempted to leave the room, but he woke up and "followed her into the hotel hallway while yelling at her," the lawsuit claimed. "He grabbed her and then took glass vases from the hallway and threw them at her, causing glass to shatter around her as she ran towards the elevator to escape."

Combs then dragged Ventura by her hoodie towards a room before leaving.

According to the allegations, the "Me & U" singer eventually managed to get on the elevator, leave the hotel, and call a cab, which took her to her apartment.

"Fearing Mr. Combs would become even more enraged at her escape and be trapped in the vicious cycle of his abuse, Ms. Ventura returned to the hotel with the intention of apologizing to her abuser to escape," the filing stated.

"When she returned, hotel security staff asked her to return to her apartment in a cab, advising they had seen security footage showing Mr. Combs beating Ms. Ventura and throwing glass at her in the hotel hallway."

Ventura's lawsuit claimed that Combs paid InterContinental $50,000 for the incident's security footage.

Two days later, the pair, who dated from 2007 to 2018, were photographed together at the LA premiere of "The Perfect Match."

Combs' representatives, who previously denied any wrongdoing, did not respond to Page Six's request for comment.
