Prison Guard UK Video: The allegation of showing ‘sexual relations with a prisoner’ to a prison official through a video is under protection by Linda De Sousa Abreu, and she will appear in the Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Monday, according to the Metropolitan Police.
After sharing a video on social media, a woman must appear in court where a prison worker is alleged to have shown involvement in sexual relations with a prisoner in a cell.
Metropolitan Police stated that allegations of misconduct have been brought against Linda De Sousa Abreu (30) of Fulham, South West London.
She has been kept in custody and will appear in Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
Footage was shot inside HMP Wandsworth, indicating misconduct after officers were made aware of a video, prompting a police investigation on Friday. Following that day, an arrest was made, and on Saturday, D. Sousa Abreu was charged, police added.
It was not known when footage was captured, which showed an officer in full uniform on one side.
